We have now developed a Power Increase Kit for the Range Rover TD6.

The conversion involves fitting a new intercooler run in series with the existing one. New oil cooler pipes and air filter are fitted together with a new chip to re-adjust the engine management unit.

The Power Increase kit consists of

• Second Intercooler
• New power steering oil cooler pipes
• New power steering oil cooler
• A new Chip
• New air filter

The power, in this country, is raised to 250 BHP and peak torque is 420 lb.ft (varies according to ambient temperature). We are finding from our own demonstration vehicle that fuel economy is improved.

We also produce the Power Increase Kit for the Range Rover DSE, DT.

The conversion involves fitting a new larger intercooler (3 times +) and moving the oil cooler forward to the front of the air conditioning unit. New oil cooler pipes and air filter are fitted together with a new chip to re-adjust the engine management unit. We also recommend that we change the oil to fully synthetic.

All parts are made on site.

The Power Increase kit consists of

• Larger Intercooler.
• Modified Oil Cooler
• New oil cooler pipes
• A new Chip
• New air filter
• New oil filter
• Fully synthetic oil (8.5 litres)

• The power, in this country, is raised to 196 BHP (varies according to ambient temperature).
• Customers report from 10 to 21 extra miles per gallon of fuel. These are customers' reports, not ours.
• The cost of carrying out the full conversion in our workshop is from £1,500.00 + VAT.

Turbo Boost Box = More Power

What Does It Do?

This unit has been uniquely designed and developed so that you can run your TD5 Land Rover and TD5 Discovery on a higher boost pressure. Currently you can only run you vehicle at 15psi - this development now allows you to be able to reset the boost pressure to 20psi, or for competition vehicles up to 30psi*.

If you have an intercooler and chipped Land Rover extra power can be obtained from this very easy conversion.

This is the only unit on the market which allows you to use the higher boost pressure.

Very easy to install. Instructions included.

Cost:- £150 +VAT and postage and packing.

*Anything up to 30psi will require a modified hybrid turbo-charger
